Return and exchange policy

What is our return and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your corset and therefore offer a 30 day return or exchange policy under the following terms:
– Items must be unworn (other than trying in on to determine how it fits and looks) and unwashed.
– Pierced jewelry, pasties, swimwear or other indicated products may not be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
– Items must have all Corsettery tags attached.
– Customer is responsible for shipping and delivery costs unless the return or exchange is a result of a product defect or we shipped the wrong item (then we will pay for the return shipping).
– It is the customer’s responsibility that Corsettery receives the product back. It is encourages but not required that Customer send the item with a tracking number and insurance because Corsettery can only issue refunds on products it actually received
– We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns and Exchange Policy.

How do I return or exchange corset?

To return an item:

1.Contact us at: Corsettery@gmail.com to request a return stating the reason
2. We will promptly review the request and if it is within the 30 day period and is an eligible product we will send you a Return Authorization Number. Please place this number on the return package.
3. Package the Item securely (using the original packaging if possible) and send it to us at:
4. Send us the Tracking Number, if applicable, at Corsettery@gmail.com with the Subject “Return”.
5. Upon receipt, we will review your return and if the item is an eligible product in original condition, we will promptly issue your return for the product price to the form of payment you used to make the purchase.

To exchange an item

1.Contact us at Corsettery@gmail.com: to request an exchange stating the reason and the product you wish instead.
2. We will promptly review and the request and if it is within the 30 day period and is an eligible product we will send you a Return Authorization Number. Please place this number on the return package.
3. Package the Item securely (using the original packaging if possible) and send it to us at:
4. Send us the Tracking Number, if applicable, at Corsettery@gmail.com with the Subject “Exchange”.
5. Upon receipt, we will review your exchange item is an eligible product in original condition, we will promptly send you the new item.
