HOW ARE CASH REWARDS PAID OUT?
We are using a company called ReferralCandy for our referral program. ReferralCandy will handle payment of cash rewards to our customers via PayPal.

For cash rewards to be paid out, you will need to provide your PayPal email address to ReferralCandy. ReferralCandy will use the email address you use when creating your referral link as the email address associated with your PayPal account.
Any rewards due to you (via PayPal) will be paid out by ReferralCandy once a month. Cash rewards will be paid out during the first week of the month following the referred purchase. e.g. Referred purchase made on 9/16 -> Cash rewards paid out during the first week of October
IMPORTANT NOTE - Cut-off date: For referred purchases made on or after our Invoice Date which is on the 20th of each month, the cash reward will be paid out two months later. e.g. Referred purchase made on 9/20 or later in September, the cash reward will be recorded on 10/20 and paid out on your PayPal account during the first week of November.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT (TO SEND CASH REWARDS TO)?
ReferralCandy sends cash referral rewards to you through PayPal. In the event that you do not have a PayPal account, you will still be able to claim the cash referral reward in the following manner:
1.ReferralCandy will send cash to the email address you provided when you created your referral link
2.You will get an email from PayPal letting you know that you have received funds
3.In the email, if you do not have a PayPal account, you will be instructed to open a PayPal account to receive funds into your PayPal balance.

NOTE - PayPal restrictions regarding Cash Rewards: PayPal regulations prevent us from sending money to PayPal accounts that are categorized as Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs). You should ideally set up a Personal PayPal account to receive the rewards. Please ensure that your PayPal account is set up in the United States to ensure that you will be able to receive your rewards.
IS THE 12% CASH REWARD ONLY FOR NEW CUSTOMERS?
YES, the 12% cash back is only for NEW customers we get but there are no limits to how many referrals you can make.
For instance, if we get 20 new customers from your referral link(s), then you would receive 20 x $10 = $200 back and each new customer would receive 12% OFF their purchase regardless of how much they spend on our site.
WILL I RECEIVE A REWARD IF MY FRIENDS REFER SOMEONE ELSE (I.E. TIERED REWARDS)?
At the moment, ReferralCandy is only able to assist with 1 tier referral programs.
Therefore, we can only reward you for your direct referral to a friend, but won't be able to reward you when your friend refers someone else. Your friend referring someone else will have their own referral link(s) and receive their own cash rewards.
ARE SUCCESSFUL REFERRALS DETECTED AUTOMATICALLY?
Yes, the ReferralCandy app monitors and detects* successful referrals automatically.
*As an advocate you will receive a unique referral link that you can share with your friends. The clicking of this referral link by a friend, combined with the tracking code placed on our purchase completed page and the purchase information sent to ReferralCandy, enables the tracking of successful referrals.
After a successful referred purchase has been placed by one of your friends and fulfilled by us, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox (same PayPal email provided when you created your referral link).
On this email, you will have a link you can click to “Track Your Rewards”.
